01 - CONTEXT
The project had already been through several rounds of revisions when I became involved. My role was to bring the feedback together, coordinate the teams involved and help move the stand towards one clear and buildable solution.
02 - CHALLENGE
Bring seven internal functions together without creating another long revision cycle.
Each team had different priorities, from creative impact and client requirements to costing, technical details, production and show regulations.
03 - DESIGN RESPONSE
Create one coordinated design direction that everyone could work from.
I translated feedback into the 3D design, updated the proposal quickly and kept the design intent, technical information and costing aligned as the project developed.
04 - MY CONTRIBUTION
I connected the client feedback with the teams responsible for delivering the stand.
I joined client discussions, coordinated with seven internal functions and turned urgent feedback into 3D revisions, sometimes within the same day.
05 - DESIGN
The final stand used large digital surfaces, layered overhead lighting and a central feature installation to create a strong presence inside the exhibition hall. The open layout allowed visitors to move between the different experiences while keeping the stand visually connected.
The clearer coordination process helped reduce repeated revisions and allowed urgent changes to be handled more quickly.
