01 · On the brief
Explore, then commit
I take the brief and explore what's possible before committing. Then I set the direction against the real needs, and let the details follow once the requirements are clear.
02 · On revisions
Feedback, not failure
Endless revisions come from a weak brief. I bring design thinking to the second round to understand the need more deeply and cut revisions down, and I treat the feedback that remains as a way to learn and get better.
03 · Under pressure
A system holds it
This is where a system matters most. Knowing what's possible and managing expectations across the team is what keeps the work enjoyable, even under pressure.
